Getting custom packaging provided for Killyleagh
Killyleagh is just a brief crossing from our factory in Irvine.
As we manufacture everything ourselves, we decide directly how and when your custom packaging order is sent out, without a reseller involved.
Orders bound for Northern Ireland pass through the same nationwide courier network as every other delivery we dispatch. Allow two to three weeks from approved proof until reaching your door.
As your packaging supplier, we would rather give you a achievable delivery timescale in advance than commit to prompt delivery and fall short of it.
Smaller orders arrive in a standard tracked parcel.
Bulk runs are combined into fewer larger consignments, reducing handling and keeping costs down for high volume Killyleagh customers.
Containers and packing we make
The majority of Killyleagh orders follow a limited range of formats, yet each version is shaped around your product rather than chosen from a shelf.
Our printing services consist of full colour litho or digital printing, chosen to match the required run size.
Post and packaging boxes for internet orders
A bespoke mailer box folds down flat and secures itself without tape. It keeps the product stable across a courier network that crosses the Irish Sea each working day.
Print the exterior, allowing the customer to notice the parcel before opening it. Print the interior too, and unpacking becomes part of the experience from the moment the tape is removed.
We can help you create a package that has an impact as soon as it arrives.
Shop cartons and ribbed shipping cartons
Reverse tuck end cartons are ideal for lower-weight retail products, such as cosmetics and supplements, while a crash lock base holds heavier items without the bottom giving way.
Corrugated board provides protective packaging for items stacked on a pallet, handled repeatedly, or destined for a shelf in Killyleagh.
Its function is to safeguard your products, instead of merely occupy space in a van.
Covers, present boxes and clutches
A slide on sleeve offers branding for a product or inner tray without needing an completely new box, making it suitable for small runs and seasonal ranges.
Gift boxes and wallets can offer the last additions to a packaging range, finishing off each order.
One wallet style box folds neatly around cards, prints or slim products. It provides a neat, premium finish while avoiding the unnecessary bulk of a full carton.
No minimum order, whatever the scale of your Killyleagh venture.
You might be wondering whether starting out needs an order for a thousand boxes. After all, minimum orders of 500 or 1,000 units are widespread across the industry.
For a smaller Killyleagh brand, that figure alone may exclude bespoke packaging before it warrants serious consideration.
That’s simply not the way we do things!
Order one box to review the print before committing, or choose fifty for a market stall or soft launch. Regardless of the size of your run, you will receive a reasonable price.
When a retailer joins, ramp up to meet any quantity they require.
Regardless of order size, every item get identical print quality and the same finish, as each product leaves the same production line. Quality packaging should never be determined by the size of the order.
Pricing that changes with quantity, no extras
Costs are determined by the quantity ordered, and each quotation is confirmed in writing before manufacturing begins.
The stated amount serves as your invoice, while repeat orders retain the existing setup and artwork, helping to keep your costs lower as your business expands.

Killyleagh firm sectors which we prepare orders for
Food and drink packaging is given particularly close attention, making it an area in which we specialise.

It is the kind of certification a retailer requests before a product is listed.
Online retailers based in Killyleagh deliver nationwide, while a mailer box tailored to the product helps reduce damage and returns. It also offers customers a more rewarding experience than opening a plain parcel.
Gift and hamper brands, subscription boxes and independent beauty makers round out the picture, each arriving with their individual packaging requirements.
Foil stamping lends a gift box an unmistakably luxurious finish, while a custom-made insert keeps the bottle securely positioned during transit.
We produce customised solutions that suit your product exactly and leave a lasting impression.
Eco-friendly materials, verified with trustworthy certification
Every box we make is 100% recyclable because we use quality board and paper from FSC and PEFC sources. An audited chain traces these materials back to forests managed responsibly.
We do not use plastic coatings or laminates that stop a box from being recycled, except where food safety requires them. In those circumstances, we will state this plainly rather than disguise it.
Making everything in our factory in Scotland also helps reduce our delivery footprint, in comparison with importing eco-friendly materials or anything else from overseas.
