Whatever your packaging needs, from a single sample to a full range of packaging products for an ongoing account, one factory and one team handle it.
We hold your artwork on file, match your colours on the tenth reorder as well as the first, and tell you honestly when a deadline is tight.
One named contact handles your enquiry, your production and your delivery, from a first sample through to a reorder two years later. The spec stays the same because the person running it does too.

What changes once packaging becomes an ongoing supplier relationship
A first order is mostly about the box itself: does it fit, does it print well, does it arrive on time.
A supplier relationship is about what happens on order six, when the same product needs the same colour and the same fit, without you re-explaining the spec from scratch.
We control board stock and ink mixing ourselves, in our own factory, so colour and wall thickness stay the same between your first order and every reorder after it.
The person who quotes your job also runs it on the press. If anything about a reorder needs explaining, that’s who you speak to, directly, with a real answer.
Why London businesses switch to our packaging solutions
We don’t set a minimum order on anything we produce, so a single sample and a five-hundred-unit reorder go through the same process. The same person stays on your account from enquiry through to delivery, and already knows your spec by the time you’re ready to reorder.
KennedySmith (Press) Ltd, our parent company, has run presses in Scotland since 1997. That history means the board and ink suppliers behind your order are relationships built up over decades.
We deliver to every London borough, from Croydon and Bromley in the south to Enfield and Barnet in the north, and out into the wider South East.
Our delivery services collect a single sample and a full pallet from the same factory in Irvine, on the same schedule regardless of order size, and we cater for a one-off order just as readily as a standing account.
Packaging products from Custom Pack Studio
Everything in our range of packaging is manufactured at our own factory, so the finish you approve on a sample matches the finish you get on order five hundred.
From custom packaging for a single product line to the accessories that finish an order, it all comes from one production line.
Boxes and cartons
Reverse tuck-end cartons and crash-lock boxes cover a wide range of retail and product packaging, printed across every panel so the branding shows however the container sits on a shelf.
For jewellery and gifting, a rigid box with a magnetic closure or a foil-stamped lid does more of the selling before it’s even opened.
High-quality board material and a precise die-cut matter as much here as the print itself.

Cardboard mailers and shipping packaging
Postal mailer boxes are built to your product’s dimensions rather than a generic size, which cuts down on the void-fill and the damage a poorly fitted box causes in transit.
For heavier or bulkier items, we make corrugated cardboard boxes and shipping cartons in full colour, and printed inserts cushion whatever sits inside.
A gusseted box expands to fit more than one item in an order, useful for a subscription box or a bundle deal that changes contents from month to month.
Packaging for your industry
Our high-quality packaging is well suited for a wide range of products and industries.
Food packaging supplies
We hold BRC Global Packaging certification at High Hygiene level, and it’s usually the first thing our food packaging customers ask about, whether they’re a small bakery or a wholesale supplier scaling into retail.
Food and drink packaging carries the strictest requirements of any category we supply, since safety in contact with the product matters more than how the box looks.

Luxury industry
For jewellery and cosmetics, a fitted insert or foam cavity keeps the product still in transit, and finishes like foil stamping or soft-touch lamination reflect what’s inside.
We help you design packaging that complements your items to give a luxury feel to your brand.
Postal boxes and ecommerce brands
A mailer that arrives crushed usually means a return or a refund request, so e-commerce brands need a box built to survive a courier network intact.
Not only that, but bespoke packaging creates a memorable unboxing moment.

Keeping every reorder consistent
We handle a reorder exactly the same way as a first order: the same named contact, the same proofing process, and board and ink sourced from the same suppliers as last time.
Unit cost falls as order size grows, and those savings already sit in the pricing rather than a discount code you have to remember to apply.
That pricing structure holds for twenty boxes just as much as it does for a few thousand restocked in a quarter, right up to a pallet strapped for bulk delivery.
A matched reorder from another supplier goes through the same proofing and quality checks as a brand new design. Nothing gets waved through just because it’s meant to look like something you already had.
Sustainable sourcing from our leading packaging facility
Every box we produce is 100% recyclable and made from board carrying FSC and PEFC certification, meaning it can be traced back through an audited supply chain to a responsibly managed forest. Our operations also align with ISO 14001 environmental management standards.
We won’t add a laminate purely for a glossy finish if it makes a box harder to recycle, and we’re moving away from single-use plastic and EPS foam across the range.
If a sustainability claim needs to stand up to a procurement audit, we will be more than happy to discuss it in person or over the phone.
How switching or starting works
- Get in touch and tell us roughly what you need to pack, how many, and whether there’s an existing supplier we need to match.
- Request a sample through our free samples service if you’re testing new products or just want to check quality before committing to a full order.
- Approve a proof once our team has built the artwork, matched any existing spec and confirmed pricing in writing.
- Production and delivery typically take two to three weeks, with London addresses reached within one to two working days of dispatch.
- Reorder whenever you need to, through the same named contact, with the same spec on file.
Packaging supplier London: frequently asked questions
What’s the difference between a packaging supplier and a packaging designer?
A designer builds the artwork and structure. A supplier manufactures it, holds the spec on file, and delivers it again on the next order. Our design team and our factory are the same company, so there’s no handoff between a separate design agency and a separate factory where details can get lost.
Can you match our existing packaging if we’re switching suppliers?
In most cases, yes. Send your current box or artwork files and we’ll match the dimensions, board weight and Pantone colour as closely as the materials allow. If something can’t be matched exactly, we’ll say so at the quote stage, before any production starts.
Do you supply on an ongoing account basis, or one-off orders only?
Both. Some businesses buy packaging as a one-off order for a limited range, others set up an ongoing account from day one. Either way, you get the same named contact and pricing approach, so nothing needs renegotiating if a one-off turns into a repeat order.
Can order quantities change between one reorder and the next?
Yes. Because there’s no minimum order, you could order a hundred boxes one month and a bulk reorder of three thousand the next without renegotiating anything. Bulk purchasing doesn’t need a separate contract or a different point of contact. Unit pricing adjusts with volume, and we’ll confirm the new figure in writing before production starts.

Call 01294 314 919 or email contact@custompackstudio.co.uk. If you’re switching from another supplier, send your current spec or a sample of the existing box so we can quote against it directly, rather than starting from a blank page.
Starting from scratch works just as well.
Tell us roughly what you’re packing and how many you need, by phone or by starting a design through our online design tool ahead of ordering, and you’ll get a prompt, written quote back with no pressure to commit.
A sample is free on a first order, and free again on the day an existing account moves over to us. Either way, the person who quotes it is the same person still running your account in two years.
We deliver across the UK from the same Irvine factory, London included.
